The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdlclub platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the jdlclub platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and trade marks — is the property of jdlclub or its licensed suppliers. No part of the jdlclub platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent from jdlclub. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdlclub's aggregate liability to any member for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jdlclub shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings or profits; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) loss or damage arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events; or (d) any unauthorised access to member accounts resulting from a member's failure to maintain credential security.
The jdlclub platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Participation in any game or betting activity is voluntary and at the member's own risk. Past winnings do not guarantee future results.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jdlclub's international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute between a member and jdlclub arising from these Terms or use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jdlclub's internal complaints process.
